Beijing Rail Transit Operation Management Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Beijing Rail Transit Operation Company"), established in April 2016, is a directly managed second tier company of Beijing Infrastructure Investment Co., Ltd. and the third rail transit operator approved by the municipal government in Beijing. The company's main business covers rail transit passenger services, vehicle and equipment maintenance services, technology research and development, consulting and training, advertising, civil communication and other sectors. At present, Beijing Rail Transit Operation Company is responsible for operating the Yanfang Line, Beijing Daxing International Airport Line, and Subway Line 19 of Beijing Rail Transit, and has obtained the operation rights of Beijing Rail Transit Line 22 (Pinggu Line) and the entrusted operation rights of Jingxiong Express Line.

Deeply cultivating the rail transit industry to achieve high-level operation of the three lines

The Yanfang Line was put into initial operation on December 30, 2017, and officially began operation on April 14, 2019. It achieved the highest level of fully automatic operation (GoA4) on December 19, 2019, and successfully achieved fully automatic operation with unmanned train operation (UTO mode) on June 21, 2021; The Daxing Airport Line was put into initial operation on September 26, 2019. On September 26, 2020, it became the only rail transit line in Beijing to achieve mixed operation of 8-car and 4-car subway trains. On June 28, 2021, it successfully achieved full functional operation of the fully automated operation system (FAO); The Metro Line 19 began initial operation on December 31, 2021, using A-type 8-car trains with a maximum operating speed of 100 kilometers per hour.

Beijing Rail Transit Operation Company will accumulate experience in operating and managing fully automated lines based on the Yanfang Line, Daxing Airport Line, and Line 19, continuously improve operational management concepts, enhance operational management service levels, and have the ability to operate and manage multiple fully automated lines.

Beijing Rail Transit Operation Company regards information technology construction as an important development strategy, with the goal of improving production and management efficiency, reducing labor intensity and skill requirements, covering various operational scenarios and maintenance management requirements, and conducting overall planning for the operation and maintenance platform.

Since 2016, we have independently developed an operation and maintenance management system, which has undergone two phases of system iteration and optimization. Currently, we have completed the construction of ten major business segments, including fault repair management, planned repair management, personnel management, work area management, and special management. We have 41 management projects and 125 functional designs, achieved the digitization of paper forms, equipment information, maintenance information, and automated maintenance plan preparation and data statistics; And utilize contact network security detection and monitoring systems, track detection and other systems for comprehensive equipment diagnosis, making equipment status analysis intelligent, and establishing mobile interconnection to complete operation and maintenance work through mobile phones, breaking through fixed work limitations and improving work efficiency.
