A balance valve is a specialized valve with precise measurement and adjustment functions, used for flow regulation and pressure balance in hydraulic systems. The core purpose is to allocate the flow and pressure of each branch reasonably through artificially set resistance, so that the system can achieve the design conditions and eliminate uneven heating and cooling or hydraulic imbalance. The balance valves produced by Kaiweixi Valve are mainly divided into two categories: 1. Static balance valve: a valve with a measuring port that can accurately adjust the opening and lock it. Special instruments are required to measure the pressure difference before and after the valve, obtain the actual flow rate through calculation or charts, and allocate the flow rate through repeated adjustments. Once set and locked, its resistance coefficient remains fixed while the system remains unchanged. 2. Dynamic balance valve: a self operated regulating valve. It is further divided into dynamic flow balance valve (which automatically stabilizes the pressure at the set flow rate and is not affected by system pressure fluctuations) and dynamic pressure difference balance valve (which maintains a constant pressure difference in the controlled branch). They can automatically adapt to system changes and achieve smarter balance. It is an indispensable core regulating device in complex circulation pipelines such as central heating, air conditioning hot and cold water systems, and district heating, which can effectively improve system energy efficiency.

    A dynamic balance valve is an intelligent regulating valve that can automatically adapt to changes in system pressure and maintain a constant set flow rate.     Self operated balancing valve is the most common and representative form of dynamic balancing valve, and its name directly reveals its core feature: relying on the pressure changes of the system's own medium as a power source to achieve automatic and constant flow. It is a fully automatic mechanical flow control device that does not require external power or pneumatic drive. Valves usually integrate differential pressure sensing diaphragms (or pistons), springs, and regulating valve cores. During system operation, when the pressure difference between the front and rear of the valve changes, the force sensed by the diaphragm will be compared with the set force of the spring, thereby driving the valve core to automatically adjust the opening: it will be closed when the pressure difference increases, and opened when the pressure difference decreases.
