Static balance valve is a mechanical device used in hydraulic systems to achieve precise flow regulation and stability. Its core function is to manually preset the valve opening to allocate or limit the flow of specific branches with fixed resistance characteristics, thereby overcoming the natural imbalance problem caused by uneven pipeline resistance in the system. Static balance valves typically consist of a valve body, valve core, measuring port, and adjusting handle (or screw).
