PWQ347F IoT Intelligent Control Valve Overview

The PWQ347F IoT unit valve is a new-generation intelligent hydronic control terminal that integrates high-precision ultrasonic/electromagnetic flow metering, temperature sensors, dynamic differential pressure balance regulation, and 5G/4G/NB-IoT wireless communication technologies. It is tailor-made for household metering in modern smart building HVAC systems, rack-level liquid cooling refined flow control in data centers, and terminal units of smart industrial water networks. Adopting a flanged connection profile, the valve incorporates an advanced pressure-balanced trim internally to automatically neutralize flow deviations caused by network pressure fluctuations. Through its built-in IoT module, the valve uploads real-time core data such as pipeline flow rate, supply/return water temperatures, calculated heat energy, and valve position to the cloud management platform. It can also receive remote control commands or execute local autonomous constant-temperature/constant-flow control based on preset targets. Crafted from premium 16P (SS304) stainless steel and paired with a resilient PTFE/RPTFE soft seal, it fulfills the strict requirements of high-cleanliness, low-pressure-drop precise modulation while providing a complete shutoff function, achieving a breakthrough 4-in-1 cross-border integration of "metering, regulation, isolation, and IoT".

1 . IoT Wireless Multi-Network Connectivity: Featuring a built-in high-performance NB-IoT/4G/5G communication chip, it supports direct cloud connection via various industrial wireless networks or Modbus protocols. It supports remote OTA firmware upgrades, remote parameter configuration, and online opening adjustments for unattended smart group management.

2 . Cross-Border 4-in-1 High Integration: Seamlessly blending "ultrasonic/electromagnetic metering", "precision motorized modulation", "dynamic pressure balancing", and "tight shutoff" into a single valve body. It eliminates the need to stack multiple valves and meters on the pipeline, greatly optimizing the installation space of terminal units and lowering overall procurement costs.

3 . Dynamic Balancing & Accurate Temperature Control: Incorporating an internal pressure-balanced mechanism, it self-adapts to eliminate external piping network pressure interference on local flow. It can execute local closed-loop algorithm regulation based on return water temperature, supply/return differential pressure, or fixed flow rate, with an excellent flow control curve and no dead zones.

4 . Resilient Bubble-Tight Complete Shutoff: Utilizing a high-density modified PTFE soft seal, this valve breaks through the technical limitations of conventional motorized balancing valves or balancing regulating valves that fail to close tightly. It serves as an absolute isolation valve during unit deactivation, payment delinquency lockouts, or terminal equipment maintenance, achieving zero internal leakage.

5 . Superior Corrosion Resistance & Cleanliness: The valve body and all core moving parts are cast and machined from premium SS304 (16P) stainless steel. Long-term contact with hot/cold water, up to 50% concentration glycol solutions, or high-standard deionized water yields no rust or impurity precipitation, sustaining coolant loop cleanliness.

6 . Bidirectional Sealing with No Flow Direction Restriction: The valve is designed for bidirectional sealing with no strict requirement on flow direction, offering greater installation flexibility and suitability for various pipeline layouts.
