The PWQ47F high-performance balancing valve is a static hydronic balancing valve specifically engineered for modern high-density HVAC water systems, industrial circulating water, biopharmaceuticals, and high-precision liquid cooling thermal management systems (such as Coolant Distribution Units - CDUs). Adopting a flanged connection profile, the valve integrates an advanced pressure-balanced core design, which drastically minimizes the handwheel operating torque under high differential pressure conditions while reducing fluid medium impact on the internal structure. Featuring a highly precise V-port or equal-percentage throttling channel paired with a calibrated digital handwheel, it delivers excellent linear flow control across the full stroke to eliminate static hydronic imbalance effortlessly. Constructed from premium 16P (SS304) stainless steel and complemented by a resilient PTFE/RPTFE soft seal, it not only satisfies the demands for strict flow regulation and low pressure drop but also guarantees bubble-tight zero-leakage shutoff, offering an ideal solution for comfort, high safety, and energy efficiency.

1 . Pressure-Balanced Low-Torque Design: The valve features an advanced internal pressure-balanced trim that effectively neutralizes high fluid thrust. This ensures effortless handwheel rotation and high-precision tuning regardless of differential pressure fluctuations, greatly reducing mechanical wear.

2 . Linear Regulation & Accurate Flow Control: The relative flow rate and relative opening present an excellent linear characteristic curve. The high-precision flow adjustment meets international hydronic balancing standards, enabling swift and accurate balancing to reach the exact design flow via testing instruments.

3 . Bubble-Tight Complete Shutoff Function: Utilizing a high-density PTFE sealing pair, the valve combines accurate hydronic balancing with a reliable tight-closure feature, achieving zero internal leakage. This facilitates seamless section isolation and absolute equipment shutoff during maintenance.

4 . Digital Handwheel with Memory Lock: Equipped with a digital handwheel that provides clear, humanized scale readings, it integrates a concealed memory locking mechanism to prevent unauthorized tampering. After a maintenance shutoff, the valve can be reopened directly to its pre-set Kv value without re-calibration.

5 . Superior Corrosion Resistance & Cleanliness: Crafted with an SS304 (16P) stainless steel valve body and internal trims, it operates durably in hot/cold water, up to 50% glycol solutions, or deionized water without corrosion or impurity precipitation, sustaining loop cleanliness.
