2.1 Quality Management Organization

Appointed and authorized by the top management of the company to direct and control the quality management system. Responsible for promoting the specific implementation, evaluation, and improvement of the company's quality policy, objectives, and strategies. Specific responsibilities include:

——Establish, maintain, and continuously improve a documented integrated management system on behalf of the General Manager.

——Report the operation status of the integrated management system to the general manager for review and improvement.

——Communicate with external parties regarding system matters, including providing various evidence to relevant parties and handling various matters

The issues raised by the relevant authorities regarding the integrated management system.

——Organizational management review and internal system audit.

——Responsible for managing the writing, review, distribution, and modification of integrated management system documents.

——Representing the General Manager to convey the importance of management policies, objectives, indicators, and legal and regulatory requirements to all employees.

2.1.3 Quality Department

——According to the company's development strategy and quality objectives, organize the decomposition to various functional departments of the company, and be responsible for supervising and coordinating the implementation of departmental goal decomposition;

——Assist management representatives in planning quality management system monitoring and measurement, as well as continuous improvement planning;

——Assist management representatives in organizing internal quality system audits, responsible for organizing, coordinating, tracking, and verifying second and third-party audits;

——Assist in preparing for management reviews and tracking and verifying the execution of output reports;

——Responsible for the centralized management of quality management system documents and records;

——Approval of procurement, process, and final inspection standards based on product standards and technical requirements;

——Responsible for summarizing, compiling, and analyzing quality inspection data, as well as tracking and verifying the implementation of corrective measures taken;

——Responsible for investigating and handling quality accidents, following up and verifying the results of corrective measures;

——Responsible for investigating quality accidents and proposing handling suggestions;

——Responsible for handling customer complaints and supervising responsible units to improve;

——Responsible for controlling, supervising, and inspecting special and critical processes;

——Responsible for establishing a quality management system that meets the requirements of mandatory product certification implementation rules, and ensuring its implementation and maintenance.

2.2 Management System

The company regards quality as the foundation of development and the source of competition, and has long adhered to the construction of a quality management system. It is committed to meeting market demand for research and development projects and actively absorbs advanced management methods. The company passed the quality management system certification in 2014. For a long time, we have effectively implemented and integrated management systems such as GB/T1900, GB/T24001, and GB/T45001, continuously improving our quality level and customer satisfaction.

Company quality objective: 1. The pass rate of machining testing is ≥ 95%; 2. The factory qualification rate of the product reaches 100%; 3. Customer satisfaction rate ≥ 90%.

The company leaders have a clear understanding that the competition in the current market ultimately boils down to talent competition. The company continues to increase its efforts in providing product quality education and business ability training to employees. Chapter 3 Quality Integrity


3.1 Quality Integrity Management

3.1.1 Improve the quality system and strengthen quality management: For many years, the company has always adhered to customer focus, continuously improved quality management work, and continuously improved the quality management system. By digesting national standards, adopting Zhejiang manufacturing standards, optimizing production processes and workflow processes, a relatively complete quality management network has been established. The efficient operation of quality management system, environmental management system, and occupational health and safety management system within the enterprise has greatly promoted the improvement of work quality and product quality.

3.1.2 Strict node control and emphasis on process management: The company has established quality key points in accordance with valve production standards, achieving full coverage of testing projects and layer by layer monitoring of the production process. Adopt fixed job responsibilities. A series of effective methods such as process inspection, quality assessment, accountability, quality traceability, and data statistical analysis are used to achieve key process control and standardized operation of ordinary processes. Through comprehensive control of the production process and effective supervision of key nodes, the work quality is improved and the product quality is guaranteed.

3.1.3 Establish a supervisory body and implement responsibility management: The company formulates a quality management evaluation management system, conducts regular supervision and inspection of the production and supply department, and encourages responsible departments and management personnel to respond quickly and actively rectify problems in system operation, supervision, and customer complaints. Each department decomposes, analyzes, and improves the controlled target tasks to ensure the achievement of the company's overall objectives. To improve the accuracy and timeliness of quality information transmission, the company has upgraded its quality information system.
