Dynamic Balancing Valve
A dynamic balance valve is an intelligent regulating valve that can automatically adapt to changes in system pressure and maintain a constant set flow rate. Its core function is dynamic hydraulic balance, which means that when the system pressure fluctuates, it does not require external power and relies on the mechanical structure inside the valve (such as springs, diaphragms, piston components) to adjust the opening in real time, stabilizing the flow rate of the controlled branch at the design value. This valve usually has a built-in differential pressure regulator. Its working principle is: within the range of working pressure difference, when the system pressure changes and the pressure difference before and after the valve increases or decreases, the sensing mechanism (such as diaphragm) inside the valve drives the valve core to move in the opposite direction, automatically increasing or decreasing the flow resistance, thereby offsetting the flow rate change caused by the pressure difference change, and ultimately achieving a constant flow rate.
