The differential pressure (bypass) valve produced by our company is mainly applied between the water supply and return pipes of air conditioning systems. It maintains a fixed differential pressure between supply and return water, improves system energy efficiency, reduces noise, and prevents damage to system equipment caused by excessive differential pressure. The valve is mainly composed of a main valve and a differential pressure pilot valve.

The 800X pressure differential (bypass) valve is a self operated control valve used in hydraulic systems, with the core feature of accurately maintaining the set pressure differential. It uses built-in pressure sensing components to detect and automatically adjust the opening in real time, ensuring a constant pressure difference between two points in the system and effectively buffering pressure fluctuations in the pipeline network. In a variable flow system, it can stabilize the main pipeline pressure through bypass reflux, protect end devices, and optimize pump operation. The valve does not require an external power supply, has a reliable structure, a wide range of pressure difference settings, and is intuitively adjustable. It has good regulating characteristics and durability of key components, and is widely used in cold and hot water and low-pressure steam systems. It is a key device to ensure the dynamic stability and safety of the system.

working principle

The core working principle of the 800X differential pressure (bypass) valve is self operated differential pressure feedback and regulation. The valve detects the actual pressure difference between the inlet and downstream controlled points in real time through internal pressure sensing components (such as diaphragms), and compares it with the preset pressure difference value of the spring. When the actual pressure difference deviates from the set value, the displacement generated by the pressure sensing element will directly drive the valve disc to move, thereby changing the valve opening and automatically adjusting the bypass flow rate, ultimately stabilizing the pressure difference between two points in the system at a preset constant value.
