Features:
Three-stage intelligent air management:
The first stage (large amount of air intake/exhaust): when the pipeline is filled with water or emptied, the main valve port is fully opened to realize high-speed suction or discharge of air.
The second stage (micro exhaust): when the system operates stably, the independent micro exhaust valve continuously discharges the accumulated dissolved gas.
The third stage (buffer protection): provide damping at the end of high-speed action through the buffer disc, stably absorb the kinetic energy of the float ball, and eliminate the impact noise and abrasion.
Core technology of buffer disc:
A special elastic disc is provided at the high-speed exhaust port or on the movement path of the float. When the float ball quickly rises and closes under the action of air flow, the disc provides nonlinear buffer force, significantly reduces the impact stress, protects the float ball mechanism and prolongs the service life of the valve for several times.
High pressure and high flow adaptability:
The valve body is made of high-strength cast iron or cast steel, and the structure is optimized through finite element analysis. The main exhaust port is large in size and can handle the air throughput under extreme flow. It is applicable to high-pressure (such as PN16-PN40) and large-diameter (DN50-DN300) pipelines.
High-reliability sealing:
The main seal adopts wear-resistant rubber - metal composite structure, and the micro exhaust valve adopts precision float and hard seal. The introduction of buffer technology ensures that the sealing pair can be aligned well and sealed reliably after numerous times of violent opening and closing.
Full working condition protection and low maintenance:Integration of vacuum, water hammer (bridging water hammer) and air lock removal. The modular design makes it easy to disassemble and replace the easy-to-check parts such as the buffer disc, greatly reducing the whole life cycle maintenance cost.
