Overview

QB1 automatic single port exhaust valve is a structurally simplified, economical and practical basic automatic exhaust valve designed specifically for discharging free air accumulated at local high points in liquid pipeline systems. It automatically opens the exhaust through a single exhaust port and a built-in float mechanism when the pipeline is filled with water or gas accumulates, and automatically closes when the water level rises, effectively eliminating small airbags, preventing air resistance, and ensuring smooth system flow. Its design highlights reliability and economy, making it an entry-level preferred solution for solving conventional pipeline gas problems. Mainly used for heating systems (radiator high points), small solar hot water systems, indoor water supply branches, industrial cooling devices and other occasions where pipeline pressure is stable, gas production is not large, and only basic exhaust function is required in buildings. It is a commonly used and effective accessory for solving local air blockages and improving system circulation efficiency.

Features:

Only one exhaust port is provided, and its opening and closing are directly controlled by the buoyancy of the floating ball. The structure is simple, the action is direct and reliable, and it can automatically discharge the free air gathered at the high points of the pipeline.

The internal structure is simple and the failure rate is low. If maintenance is required, the upper cover can be easily opened for inspection or replacement of the sealing float ball, with low maintenance costs.

5. Wide adaptability to media

The standard model valve body is mostly made of cast iron or copper, sealed with nitrile rubber (NBR), and can be widely used in neutral liquid systems such as cold water, hot water, and air conditioning circulating water.
