Overview

J44F46 Lined Fluoroplastic Globe Valve is a general-purpose valve with a full internal lining of fluoroplastic (typically FEP or similar material) and a straight-through body design. It achieves reliable opening/closing and flow regulation by means of a stem that drives the disc in a vertical linear motion along the centerline of the seat. The core of the valve design lies in the dense fluoroplastic lining layer, integrally molded or sintered onto all surfaces that come into contact with the medium, including the body interior, bonnet cavity, and disc, enabling the valve to resist the attack of most highly corrosive media (such as acids, alkalis, organic solvents, etc.). The valve adopts a standard straight-through pattern, which maintains the flow direction without significant change and offers low flow resistance, making it suitable for conventional piping layouts where space is limited, and provides both shutoff and basic regulating functions. Key components feature a composite structure combining a high-strength metal shell with a corrosion-resistant lining, together with special sealing and structural designs to ensure long-term sealing performance and operational stability under corrosive service conditions. The valve is flanged, with a nominal pressure rating of PN10 to PN16, and is securely bolted to pipeline flanges. The valve can be operated manually (e.g., via a handwheel) or with a compatible electric/pneumatic actuator, converting the input force into linear motion of the disc for smooth and reliable opening, closing, and regulating control. This valve is specifically designed for conventional highly corrosive process piping systems in industries such as petrochemical, pharmaceutical, pesticide, dye, electroplating, and environmental protection, and is suitable for standard service conditions requiring reliable shutoff or simple regulation of corrosive media, with a compact and economical design.

1.Excellent corrosion resistance: All internal surfaces of the valve that come into contact with the medium are fully lined with a dense fluoroplastic (F46) layer, which provides exceptional chemical inertness and can withstand the attack of most highly corrosive media, including strong acids, strong alkalis, and organic solvents, fundamentally solving the valve corrosion problem and extending service life.

2.Reliable sealing and structural design: The straight-through flow path design is combined with the forced sealing principle of a globe valve; the sealing pair (disc/seat) is made of precision-processed fluoroplastic or reinforced materials, providing excellent sealing performance. The bonnet packing area features multiple layers of corrosion-resistant packing and an adjustable compression structure, achieving effective dynamic sealing and preventing external leakage of the medium.

3.Standardized structure and easy installation: The standard straight-through body design is compact, offers flexible installation orientation, and is easy to arrange in straight pipeline runs. The flanged connection complies with international standards, facilitating easy alignment and providing reliable connection.

4.Smooth operation and simple maintenance: The valve adopts flanged connection (PN10-PN16 pressure rating), complies with standards, and is easy to install. The stem features a rising-stem design with smooth transmission, and manual operation is light and effortless. The lined structure completely isolates corrosion within the inner lining, so the external metal body requires no special anti-corrosion treatment. Daily maintenance primarily focuses on checking packing tightness, resulting in low maintenance workload.
