1. The top of the manual test wrench valve is equipped with a wrench, which allows for regular manual lifting tests. Without the need for system pressure increase, it is possible to check whether the valve disc moves flexibly, which is a key function for preventive maintenance.
2. The spring-loaded micro-opening structure utilizes a direct-loaded spring and a micro-opening valve disc, featuring a small opening height, moderate discharge capacity, and rapid and smooth opening and closing actions. It is suitable for applications involving liquids or where small discharge capacity is required for pressure relief.
3. The sealing surface between the alloy steel hard seal ("H" type) valve disc and valve seat is made of alloy steel (such as 13Cr) through build-up welding, featuring high hardness, wear resistance, high temperature resistance, reliable sealing performance, and long service life.
4. Compact structure and adjustable pressure. The overall design is compact. By adjusting the screw, the spring preload can be adjusted within a certain range, thus precisely setting the opening pressure (set pressure).
5. Wide applicability and high reliability. It is suitable for various media such as saturated steam, air, water, and oil with operating temperatures up to 300℃. Regular wrench testing greatly enhances the reliability of the valve for long-term standby use.
