The DJ61H welded cryogenic globe valve is a low-temperature-specific globe valve featuring a welded connection and forged steel body. It is suitable for ultra-low temperature media such as liquefied natural gas (LNG), liquid oxygen, liquid nitrogen, and liquid argon. The valve body is made of forged steel (such as A105) or stainless steel, and undergoes deep cryogenic treatment to eliminate residual stress, ensuring low-temperature toughness and dimensional stability at -196°C. The valve adopts an extended bonnet design, keeping the stuffing box away from the low-temperature zone to prevent packing freeze-up and valve stem seizure. The sealing surfaces of the disc and seat utilize metal hard sealing or hardfacing with hard alloy, with opening and closing achieved through disc lifting via handwheel operation. Widely used in LNG receiving terminals, air separation units, low-temperature storage and transportation, and petrochemical low-temperature facilities, it is critical equipment for reliable shut-off under ultra-low temperature conditions.

1.  Permanent Sealing with Welded Connection: Utilizing socket weld or butt weld connections that integrate with the pipeline through welding, completely eliminating the risk of leakage at connection points, particularly suitable for low-temperature systems where leakage is not permitted.

2.  Anti-Freezing Extended Bonnet Design: The long-neck bonnet structure effectively lengthens the cold conduction path, ensuring the bottom temperature of the stuffing box remains above 0°C. This prevents packing freeze-up and valve stem seizure, guaranteeing flexible and reliable operation.

3.  High Pressure Performance with Forged Steel Body: The valve body is forged from steel (A105) or stainless steel (F304/F316), offering uniform and dense material structure capable of withstanding high-pressure conditions, with working pressure reaching up to 1.6-32.0MPa.

4.  Deep Cryogenic Treatment Process: All components undergo deep cryogenic treatment to relieve processing stresses, ensuring low-temperature toughness and dimensional stability of materials at -196°C, preventing brittle fracture, deformation, and leakage at cryogenic temperatures.

5.  Reliable Structure and Convenient Maintenance: The seat and disc sealing elements are easy to repair or replace without removing the entire valve from the pipeline, which is particularly advantageous for applications where the valve and pipeline are welded together as one unit.
