DZXP Pneumatic Cryogenic Control Valve Features
1. Precise Regulation with Pneumatic Diaphragm Actuation: Equipped with a multi-spring pneumatic diaphragm actuator, the valve receives signal pressure from the controller. The diaphragm generates thrust to move the valve plug, changing the flow area and achieving continuous and precise regulation of medium flow.
2. Extended Bonnet Anti-Freezing Design: The long-neck bonnet structure positions the stuffing box away from the low-temperature zone, keeping it operating at ambient temperature. This effectively prevents the packing from freezing and the valve stem from seizing, while also reducing heat ingress from the outside.
3. Stable Performance with Ultra-Low Temperature Materials: Key components such as the body, valve plug, and stem are manufactured from low-temperature resistant stainless steel materials like 304 and 316. These materials possess excellent low-temperature toughness and dimensional stability, making them suitable for media regulation at temperatures ranging from -60°C to -250°C.
4. Compact Structure with Sensitive Response: The valve features a compact overall structure, light weight, sensitive response, low pressure drop, high flow capacity, and precise flow characteristics. The flow characteristics conform to equal percentage or linear characteristics.
5. Bellows Seal to Prevent External Leakage: A bellows seal structure provides a complete seal around the moving valve stem, preventing fluid leakage to the atmosphere. This is particularly suitable for cryogenic applications where leakage is not permitted.
