This manifold features flange connections, allowing direct bolting to transmitter and process pipeline flanges for stable and reliable installation. Through precision internal flow path design, it enables connection, isolation, equalization, and draining/venting operations between the transmitter’s high/low pressure chambers and process pipelines. This valve manifold is primarily used for differential pressure transmitter root isolation, online zero calibration, draining/venting, and system venting. It serves as a critical transmitter accessory in industries such as petrochemical, power generation, metallurgy, and pharmaceuticals, particularly suitable for applications requiring flange connections, high temperature, high pressure, and complex media, ensuring safe, accurate, and long-term stable operation of differential pressure measurement systems.

Features

 

1. Five-valve integrated design: Integrates two isolation valves, two drain valves, and one equalizing valve into one body, offering compact structure, comprehensive functionality, and significantly reduced potential leakage points.

2. Flange connections for stability and reliability: Standard flange connections allow direct bolting to transmitter and process pipeline flanges, providing high installation strength and reliable sealing, suitable for high-temperature, high-pressure, and vibrating applications.

3. Full-function operation: Coordinated operation of the five valves enables normal commissioning, zero calibration, online isolation, draining/venting, and system venting, meeting diverse on-site maintenance requirements.

4. All-stainless steel corrosion resistance: Body and internal components are made of high-quality stainless steel (304/316), offering excellent corrosion resistance for various corrosive media and harsh environments.
