The  WF-3 five-valve manifold is an integrated instrument manifold specifically designed for use with differential pressure transmitters, integrating two isolation valves (high pressure and low pressure), two drain/vent valves, and one equalizing valve into one compact body. This manifold typically features female threaded or flanged connections. Through precision internal flow path design, it enables connection or isolation between the transmitter‘s high/low pressure chambers and the impulse lines, equalization between the two chambers, and draining/venting of accumulated condensate, gas, or impurities inside the manifold. This manifold is primarily used for differential pressure transmitter root isolation, online zero calibration, equalizing operations, draining/venting, and system venting. Its core purpose is to achieve safe isolation of differential pressure, flow, or level measurement systems, online transmitter maintenance, and draining/venting without interrupting process operation, thereby ensuring continuous, stable operation and measurement accuracy of automated control systems.

1. Five-valve integrated design: Integrates two isolation valves, two drain valves, and one equalizing valve into one body, offering compact structure, comprehensive functionality, and significantly reduced leakage points.

2. Full-function operation: Coordinated operation of the five valves enables normal commissioning, zero calibration, online isolation, draining/venting, and system venting, meeting diverse on-site maintenance requirements.

3. Specifically for differential pressure transmitters: Widely compatible with 3051, 1151, EJA series differential pressure transmitters with strong compatibility.

4. Flexible connection options: Available with female thread (e.g., NPT 1/2”) or flanged connections to meet various field requirements, ensuring convenient installation and reliable sealing.

5. Metal-to-metal hard seal for reliability: Tapered or spherical hard seal between disc and seat ensures wear resistance and long cycle life.

6. All-stainless steel construction: Body and internal components made of high-quality stainless steel (304/316) for excellent corrosion resistance in various industrial media.

7. High pressure capability and wide temperature range: Nominal pressure up to PN16-PN40 or higher, temperature range from -70℃ to 570℃, suitable for medium to high temperature, high pressure, and complex media applications.
