Hard Seal Butterfly Valve

Hard sealed butterfly valve is a high-performance industrial valve, characterized by the use of metal or high hardness wear-resistant materials for the sealing surfaces of the valve seat and butterfly plate. Through precision machining of sealing pairs and high closing torque, a rigid metal to metal (or hard material) seal is formed, suitable for harsh working conditions such as high temperature, high pressure, wear and corrosive media. Hard sealed butterfly valves usually adopt multi-level sealing or eccentric structure design (such as double eccentric, triple eccentric), which effectively reduces friction during the opening and closing process of the butterfly plate, achieving tight cutting and long service life.
