Features
.Compact structure, easy installation: Adopting a wafer-type connection design, with short structural length, small volume, and light weight. It is clamped directly between pipeline flanges without the need for separate flanges, significantly reducing installation space requirements and pipeline load costs.
.Quick opening/closing, low operating torque: The disc requires only a 90° rotation to achieve full open or full closed position, making operation simple and fast. The precision-machined metal sealing pair has a low friction coefficient, requiring low operating torque, and can be adapted to various drive modes including manual, electric, and pneumatic.
.Metal hard sealing design, high temperature and high pressure resistance: The sealing surfaces of the seat and disc are both hardfaced with cemented carbide using metal materials, and precision-lapped, capable of withstanding high temperatures up to 650°C and high pressure conditions, suitable for severe media such as steam and hot oil.
.Low fluid resistance, significant energy saving effect: The disc features a streamlined design, occupying almost no flow path space in the fully open position. The medium flow is nearly straight through, resulting in extremely low pressure loss, particularly suitable for pipeline systems with large flow rates and high flow velocities.
.Reliable sealing performance, long service life: The metal sealing pair has excellent wear resistance and erosion resistance. Combined with a reasonable sealing specific pressure design, it achieves tight and reliable shutoff sealing (in compliance with API 598). The valve body is made of high-strength materials, effectively resisting thermal stress deformation and ensuring long-term stable operation.
.Wide application range: The valve body can be made of various materials such as cast steel, stainless steel, and duplex stainless steel, suitable for industrial fluids including water, steam, oil products, corrosive media, and high-temperature gases. Widely used in applications requiring shutoff or regulation of media in industries such as petroleum, chemical, metallurgical, power, and heating networks.
