Composite exhaust valve

Composite exhaust valve, also known as combination exhaust valve, is a pipeline specific valve that integrates the dual functions of "micro exhaust" and "high pressure/large exhaust". On the basis of traditional micro exhaust valves, it adds a large-diameter exhaust hole for quickly discharging a large amount of air during system startup or exhaust, achieving efficient exhaust under all operating conditions. Its core structure usually consists of two independent but collaborative parts: a micro exhaust mechanism: usually composed of small floating balls and holes, which continuously and automatically eliminates slowly accumulating micro amounts of air during normal system operation to prevent air blockage. Large exhaust system: consisting of a large floating ball (or piston) and a valve port with a larger diameter. When the pipeline is filled with water or the system is emptied, a large amount of air flows into the valve body, causing the large floating ball to fall and quickly open the large-diameter valve port to achieve rapid exhaust; When water enters, the large float quickly rises and closes the main valve port to prevent water from spraying out.
