Overview

This product is a lightweight combined valve unit integrating automatic air intake and exhaust, vacuum air supplement and vacuum breaking functions, and the core component is made of high-strength engineering nylon plastic. It is specially designed for small-diameter pipe system, which can automatically discharge the gas in the pipe, prevent air resistance, quickly suck in air or destroy the vacuum when the system generates negative pressure, and effectively prevent pipe deformation, water pump cavitation and medium backflow pollution. Its non-metallic material provides excellent corrosion resistance and economy, making it an ideal safety accessory for light fluid systems.

It is mainly used for small water supply system, domestic or commercial pure water machine, garden irrigation system, laboratory equipment pipeline, water treatment equipment, light industrial circulating water device and other small diameter (DN15-DN50) pipelines. Particularly suitable for pump suction, local high points of piping, and terminal outlets where backflow of media is required to prevent contamination, it is an economical and efficient solution to ensure stable operation of light systems and to prevent vacuum-related problems.

Three-in-one composite function

Automatic exhaust: exhaust accumulated gas to ensure smooth flow.

Vacuum air supplement: when the pipeline generates negative pressure, it will automatically suck in air to prevent the pipe from collapsing.

Vacuum damage: Automatically open under differential pressure through special structure (such as atmospheric port) to damage vacuum state, prevent siphon backflow and protect water source.
