Cryogenic Check Valve

A Cryogenic Check Valve is an automatic backflow prevention valve specifically designed for ultra-low temperature operating conditions (typically ≤ -46°C, such as LNG, liquid oxygen, liquid nitrogen, etc.). Its core function is to prevent media backflow in cryogenic medium transportation systems, ensuring unidirectional flow and equipment safety. Through material selection and structural optimization, the valve maintains reliable opening and closing performance as well as structural integrity at extremely low temperatures. Key components such as the valve body and disc are made of austenitic stainless steel or cryogenic alloys and undergo deep cryogenic treatment to ensure low-temperature toughness. The sealing surfaces are typically hard-faced with stainless steel and wear-resistant alloys or use polymer soft seals to guarantee sealing performance in cryogenic environments.     DH11W Cryogenic Check Valve OverviewThe DH11W cryogenic check valve is an automatic valve specially designed for ultra-low temperature service, featuring an internal thread connection and a lift-type structure. It is suitable for media such as liquefied natural gas (LNG), liquid oxygen, liquid nitrogen, liquid argon, and liquid ethylene. The valve body and critical components are made of cast stainless steel. The disc is manufactured from copper alloy, and the sealing ring utilizes cryogenic-specific materials such as PCTFE (Polychlorotrifluoroethylene), ensuring sealing reliability at -196°C. The valve opens and closes automatically by the flow of the medium itself: forward flow lifts the disc to open the valve, while reverse flow, combined with the disc's (self-weight), forces the disc to close automatically, preventing backflow.
