Full-lift Safety Valve

Full-Lift Safety Valve A full-lift safety valve is a high-performance pressure relief device. Its defining feature is the opening height of the disc, which can reach 1/4 or more of the flow passage diameter, thereby providing maximum discharge area and release capacity upon instantaneous opening, swiftly counteracting abnormal pressure increases in the system. The structure of a full-lift safety valve is generally more complex, with its full-lift functionality relying on key designs such as a reaction disk (or nozzle structure) and an adjusting ring. When pressure exceeds the set value, the medium acts on the reaction disk, generating significant lift force and causing the disc to rapidly reach the fully open position.
