A44Y with wrench spring fully open closed safety valve is a high-performance safety valve that integrates manual testing, fully open discharge, hard alloy sealing, and closed structure. The valve is equipped with a manual testing wrench, which can be used for regular functional testing; Adopting a fully open design to achieve high flow discharge; The "Y" type hard alloy seal ensures tightness under high temperature and high pressure; Its enclosed structure can guide the discharged medium to a safe area (such as a discharge pipeline) through the outlet flange, avoiding the risk of on-site spraying, especially suitable for situations where toxic, harmful, flammable or high-temperature media are discharged. Mainly used in situations where it is necessary to safely recover or direct the released medium to the treatment system, such as reactors and storage tanks in petrochemical plants for the treatment of toxic and harmful gases (such as H2S and chlorine); Hydrogenation and cracking units in refineries; Process systems in the coal chemical and pharmaceutical industries. It is a key pressure relief equipment that ensures the safe and environmentally friendly operation of high-risk process flows.

1. Manual test wrench: A wrench is mounted on the top of the valve, allowing for regular manual lifting tests. This forces the valve disc to open, verifying its flexibility of action, preventing it from sticking or seizing due to long-term inactivity, and ensuring reliability in emergency situations.

2. Cemented carbide seal (Type "Y"): The sealing surface between the valve disc and the valve seat is deposited with hard alloys such as Stellite, which boasts high hardness, wear resistance, high temperature resistance, and corrosion resistance, ensuring excellent sealing performance.

3. Fully open large-displacement design: The valve disc has a large opening height, a large discharge area, and strong discharge capacity (displacement), which can quickly reduce system pressure and is suitable for media such as steam and gas.

4. Closed discharge structure: The valve cover and valve body are designed to be completely enclosed, ensuring that the discharged medium is fully guided to the designated discharge pipeline through the outlet flange. This prevents the medium from being directly ejected into the atmosphere, safeguarding personnel and equipment safety, and meeting environmental protection requirements.

5. High adaptability to high pressure and high temperature: The overall structure is made of heat-resistant alloy steel and other materials, featuring a sturdy construction, making it suitable for high pressure (PN16-PN100), high temperature (≤450℃), and harsh working conditions.
