The ZCSB series flameproof 2-way 2-position explosion-proof solenoid valve (nominal diameter ranging from DN10 to DN200) is a high-safety rating execution device specially designed and developed for inflammable, explosive hazardous environments, high-reliability industrial pipe networks, and heavy-duty multi-medium fluid automated control. As a core execution element in petrochemical industries, natural gas transmission and distribution, coal mine gas drainage, gas station liquid level control, and specialized inflammable gas pipelines, this series features comprehensive structural reinforcement targeting high pressure bearing conditions up to 16bar (1.6MPa) and complex on-site electrical explosion-proof environments. It focuses on solving fatal potential hazards where traditional solenoid valves generate electrical sparks during coil switching or short circuits that induce instantaneous explosions of external environments. It also addresses industry difficulties under large-bore high-pressure environments, such as sealing failures and actuation stagnation when conveying viscous oil products, high-temperature steam, or corrosive liquids. The series provides two driving mechanisms: direct acting (small bore) and semi-direct acting (large bore) based on the bore span, and the entire series is equipped with a specialized heavy-duty flameproof enclosure certified by national explosion-proof authorities. Valve body materials cover premium brass, high-purity SS304 stainless steel, and heavy-duty cast iron (where versions with the "F" suffix represent large-specification flange versions). This series of valves belongs to normally closed 2-way 2-position automatic valves. Its core essence lies in the seamless combination of electrical flameproof enclosure rigid safety blocking technology and robust 16bar bidirectional sealing shut-off characteristics. When the electromagnetic coil is de-energized, an ultra-high rigidity main return spring applies direct rigid pre-tightening force through the linkage shaft, pressing the specialized high-density wear-resistant sealing assembly tightly against the main valve seat. Because the nominal pressure of this series reaches up to 16bar, the heavy-walled valve body and powerful spring can perfectly resist violent impacts generated by high-pressure fluids during reverse or forward flow, achieving absolutely reliable and long-lasting zero-leakage physical obstruction.

When the electromagnetic coil is energized, the electromagnet located inside the specialized explosion-proof chamber instantly generates a powerful magnetic field attraction force. For small-bore direct acting structures, the moving iron core directly overcomes spring resistance to lift the valve core rigidly; for large-bore semi-direct acting structures from DN50 to DN200, the back-kick mechanical linkage assembly first opens the internal balancing pilot hole to quickly relieve the high-pressure medium above the main valve core, and then rigidly lifts the main sealing assembly. Even if the system pipeline is under an extreme condition of zero pressure differential without any pressure difference, or when pressure fluctuates violently within 16bar, the valve is rigidly and linkedly controlled by the electromagnetic assembly and mechanical structure. The switching response speed reaches millisecond levels, effectively avoiding valve switching lags caused by insufficient pressure differential or oil product viscosity damping in large-specification high-pressure bearing environments of ordinary pilot valves.

0 to 16bar ultra-wide full pressure bearing control range, realizing all-around stable switching of direct acting and semi-direct acting mechanisms: Distinct from ordinary solenoid valves with narrow working pressure ranges, this series can realize highly rigid and precise opening and closing from 0bar (zero pressure differential, gravity gravity-flow, no initial pressure) up to a 16bar high-pressure fluctuating state. Whether for low-pressure gas transmission, medium-pressure liquid circulation, or conventional 1.6MPa pipeline safety shut-off, actuation responses are consistently stabilized at millisecond levels.

Excellent multi-medium compatibility design, fully conquering high-pressure gases, liquids, steam, and oils below 20CST: Targeting characteristics on industrial sites where multiple media such as water, combustible gases, saturated steam, and low-viscosity light oils alternate circulation, the internal flow channel of the ZCSB series undergoes deep optimization against fluid shearing and grease accumulation. Sealing pairs can be customized with high-performance PTFE, Viton, or specialized wear-resistant composite elastomers according to specific media, perfectly overcoming steam temperature differences and oil viscosity resistance (less than or equal to 20CST) to ensure long-lasting zero internal leakage.

Large-bore up to DN200 heavy-walled robust valve body, seamlessly resisting external mechanical stress of harsh field pipelines: Product specifications feature a massive span (DN10 to 200). Stainless steel and cast iron flange versions have their load-bearing wall thicknesses designed strictly in accordance with high-pressure industrial pipeline standards, possessing an immense safety factor. Precise G/NPT thread interfaces engage tightly, and high-specification flange faces can perfectly absorb pipeline tensile or torsional stresses generated by thermal expansion and contraction due to site temperature differences, significantly enhancing continuous service life of equipment on inflammable and explosive production lines.
