In sectors such as fine chemical synthesis, semiconductor wet processing, pharmaceutical manufacturing, and continuous emissions monitoring systems (CEMS), there is a critical need to safely and precisely control the micro-flow of highly aggressive, volatile, and explosive fluids.

This series innovatively integrates a direct-acting driving mechanism, total fluoropolymer isolation technology (PTFE), and certified explosion-proof electrical design (Ex). The valve implements a heavy-duty, highly flexible isolation diaphragm that creates an absolute physical barrier between the corrosive media in the pipeline and the internal metallic core, spring, and electrical components. This state-of-the-art design not only immunizes the valve from internal corrosion but completely eliminates the risk of catastrophic explosions caused by volatile media leaking into contact with electrical sparks, ensuring unparalleled operational safety.

Ultimate Chemically Inert PTFE Body: The entire valve body and wetted components are precision-machined from premium high-density Polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE/Teflon) blocks using advanced CNC technology. It exhibits near-perfect chemical immunity against concentrated sulfuric acid, nitric acid, hydrochloric acid, strong alkalis, aqua regia, potent oxidizers, and aggressive organic solvents without dissolving or contaminating the high-purity media.

Low Dead-Volume and Anti-Crystallization Optimization: The internal valve cavity geometry is refined through Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) simulations to minimize dead space and fluid stagnation.
