Overview

Z545X large-diameter non-rising stem soft seal gate valve is a valve specially designed for large-flow pipeline system, which realizes on-off control of fluid through vertical lifting of gate. As a non-rising stem gate valve, the valve stem only rotates during opening and closing. The threaded transmission parts are completely built-in and the structure height is constant. The valve uses an integral rubber coated gate to form a soft seal to ensure zero leakage. A distinguishing feature is the large bore design, typically driven by a turbine case or electric actuator, to easily handle the enormous operating torque required for large bore valves. This product is mainly used for the trunk line of urban water supply network, water supply and drainage system of large building complex, sewage treatment plant, inlet and outlet pipes of fire pool, water conservancy engineering and other large diameter pipeline systems. As the key cut-off equipment of fluid medium, it realizes the reliable isolation and flow regulation of pipeline, and is one of the core components to ensure the safe and reliable operation of large water transmission and distribution system.

Features:

1.Large diameter design: the nominal diameter is large (generally above DN350), which can meet the requirements of main pipeline, large water conveyance system and other large flow conditions, and the flow capacity is strong.
