The valve body structure, connection dimensions, and face-to-face dimensions comply with standards such as DIN 3352/2543. This ensures high universality and interchangeability of the product, facilitating selection, installation, and subsequent maintenance or replacement within DIN standard piping systems.
2、High Temperature/Pressure Resistance and Long Service Life: Optimized design for medium-high pressure and high-temperature conditions. The valve body is cast from high-quality carbon steel, stainless steel, or heat-resistant alloy steel. Sealing surfaces utilize tapered or flat hard seal structures, hardfaced with cemented carbide (e.g., Stellite). Combined with floating or guided designs for the disc and stem, this ensures minimal wear and good erosion resistance of the sealing pair during frequent opening/closing and high-temperature thermal cycling, achieving long-term reliable shut-off.
3、Low Flow Resistance Path and Anti-Vortex Design: The internal flow path of the valve body is designed based on fluid mechanics principles, utilizing an "S"-shaped or straight-through passage. The medium flows smoothly, resulting in a lower flow resistance coefficient compared to traditional globe valves. This effectively reduces system pressure loss and avoids medium stagnation or crystallization caused by vortices and dead zones, making it suitable for precision piping systems with strict requirements for pressure loss.
4、Backseat Structure and In-Line Maintenance: A backseat structure is designed at the stem and stuffing box area. When the valve is fully open, the stem tightly contacts the backseat, preventing medium leakage through the packing during valve operation. Most designs allow for in-line replacement of the packing while the valve is in the fully open position, without needing to disassemble the valve, significantly reducing maintenance costs and downtime.
5、Stem Hardening Treatment and Easy Operation: The stem surface undergoes corrosion-resistant nitriding or high-frequency quenching treatment, providing excellent corrosion and wear resistance and reducing the friction coefficient with the packing. Stem threads are precision rolled for high transmission efficiency. Operated with a handwheel or gearbox, the valve features low opening/closing torque, light operation feel, and clear opening indication.
6、Diverse Drive and Connection Options: In addition to standard handwheel operation, electric, pneumatic, or worm gear drive devices can be integrated based on automation control requirements. The primary connection method is flanged, complying with DIN 2501 standards. Other connection forms such as butt weld and socket weld can also be provided based on application requirements, meeting installation specifications and spatial constraints across various industrial fields like petroleum, chemical, power, and shipbuilding.
