This eliminates casting defects, significantly enhancing the body's density and strength, ensuring long-term stable operation under high pressure, high temperature, and demanding conditions, and completely avoiding the risk of pressure-containing part failure.
2、Reliable Stem Sealing and Operating System: The sealing surfaces of the disc and seat utilize a metal-to-metal hard seal design. The sealing surfaces are precision-lapped to ensure good mating. Rotating the handwheel drives the stem, lifting the disc to achieve reliable shut-off and passage of the medium. A multi-layer packing seal structure is used at the stem and stuffing box, allowing for gland adjustment or packing replacement as needed, effectively preventing external leakage along the stem.
3、High-Strength Flange Connection: Adopts a standard flange connection design (various sealing face forms such as raised face, male-female face, tongue-and-groove face can be provided upon request). The valve body flange is securely fastened to the pipeline flange with bolts, using spiral wound gaskets or graphite composite gaskets for reliable sealing. Offers high connection strength and good sealing performance, suitable for medium to high-pressure pipelines and systems requiring frequent disassembly and maintenance.

The medium flow path is short and smooth, effectively reducing fluid resistance loss and pressure drop. The flow path transitions smoothly, avoiding eddy currents and media stagnation, making it suitable for various industrial fluids such as water, steam, oil products, and corrosive media.

6、Manual Operation and Opening/Closing Characteristics: Uses handwheel operation, turning counterclockwise to open and clockwise to close.
