J41F46 Запорный вентиль с футеровкой из фторопласта — это универсальный клапан с прямоточным корпусом и полной внутренней футеровкой из фторопласта (обычно FEP или аналогичного материала), предназначенный для антикоррозийной защиты. С помощью штока клапан приводит в движение золотник, который совершает вертикальное возвратно-поступательное движение вдоль центральной линии седла, обеспечивая надёжное открытие/закрытие и регулирование потока в трубопроводе. Основная конструктивная особенность данного вентиля заключается в том, что все поверхности, контактирующие со средой (внутренняя поверхность корпуса, внутренняя полость крышки, золотник и т.д.), полностью формованы или спечены с плотным фторопластовым покрытием, что позволяет ему выдерживать воздействие большинства сильнокоррозионных сред (кислот, щелочей, органических растворителей и т.д.). Клапан имеет стандартную прямоточную конструкцию с неизменным направлением потока и низким гидравлическим сопротивлением, подходит для обычных трубопроводных схем с ограниченным пространством и выполняет как функции отсечения, так и базового регулирования. Ключевые компоненты клапана представляют собой композитную конструкцию из высокопрочного металлического корпуса и антикоррозионной футеровки с особыми уплотнительными и конструктивными решениями, обеспечивающими долговременную герметичность и стабильность работы в коррозионных средах.
