ZHYO  pneumatic tank bottom control valve is an automated control device specifically designed for installation at the bottom of reactors, storage tanks, and other vessels for media discharge, feeding, and precise flow regulation. Integrating a high-performance pneumatic diaphragm actuator with a specialized tank-bottom valve body, its core design focuses on eliminating the "dead-zone" phenomenon at the vessel outlet. By receiving standard 4-20mA signals from control systems, the actuator drives the stem to move the plug (available in either disc-upward opening or disc-downward opening configurations) to achieve precise flow proportioning and liquid level control. Since the valve body is directly flanged to the tank bottom and the disc remains flush with the inner wall when closed, this valve is ideal for harsh process environments involving crystallization, high viscosity, and particulate impurities in the petrochemical, pharmaceutical, bioengineering, and food industries.
