1. Manual testing wrench
The top of the valve is equipped with a wrench, which can be manually lifted and tested regularly to force the valve disc to slightly lift and check whether its movement is flexible, ensuring reliable opening in emergency situations. This is an important maintenance and inspection function.
2. Spring fully open structure
When the pressure exceeds the set pressure, the valve disc quickly rises to the fully open height, with a large discharge area and strong discharge capacity (displacement), suitable for steam, gas or situations requiring rapid and large pressure relief.
3. External thread connection, easy to install
The inlet end adopts standard external threads (such as G thread, NPT thread), with a compact structure that can be directly screwed into the interface of equipment or pipelines. It is easy to install, especially suitable for small pressure vessels or pipeline systems.
4. Alloy steel sealing surface ("H" type)
The sealing surface of the valve disc and seat is made of alloy steel material with high hardness, wear resistance, high temperature resistance, and erosion resistance. The sealing performance is reliable and the service life is long.
