Overview

The A37H spring micro-opening duplex safety valve is a highly reliable safety relief device with redundant design, which is composed of two independent spring micro-opening safety valves combined in parallel through a common valve body or connecting block. The core design concept is "one for use and one for standby" or alternative use. By configuring a conversion mechanism (such as three-way valve), the main safety valve can be manually switched to the standby safety valve when off-line verification or maintenance is required, so as to ensure that the protected system will never lose overpressure protection. The valve is especially suitable for critical situations where safety protection interruption is strictly prohibited by laws and regulations or process flow. It is specially used for key devices that require absolutely uninterrupted safety protection, such as chemical reactors, power plant boiler systems, and nuclear power plant auxiliary facilities, as redundant overpressure protection equipment requiring online maintenance.

Features

1. Double-valve redundant safety guarantee: two independent safety valves are connected in parallel to form a "one for use and one for standby" system to ensure the continuity of protection.

2. On-line switching and testing function: through the switching mechanism such as three-way valve, the main and standby channels can be switched under pressure to realize online testing and maintenance of valves.

3. Spring micro-opening structure: direct load and micro-opening valve clack are adopted, with fast response, stable opening and closing, and applicable to liquid or small displacement discharge.

4. Alloy steel hard seal ("H" type): the sealing surface is overlaid with alloy steel, which is wear-resistant, high temperature resistant and reliable in sealing.

5.Space saving by structure integration: the integrated design saves more space and pipeline cost than installing two independent valves.
