The ZJHY  pneumatic tank bottom discharge control valve is an industrial automation execution unit specifically designed for installation at the bottom of reactors, storage tanks, and various vessels for media discharge, unloading, and precise flow regulation. Integrating a high-performance multi-spring pneumatic diaphragm actuator with a specialized tank-bottom valve body, its core design objective is the complete elimination of dead zones at the vessel outlet. By receiving standard 4-20mA signals from control systems, the actuator drives the stem to move the plug (available in either disc-upward opening into the tank or disc-downward opening into the valve) to achieve accurate proportional control. Since the seat is flush with the inner wall when closed, this valve is ideal for harsh process environments involving coking, high viscosity, and solid particles in the petrochemical, pharmaceutical, and food industries.
