Overview
The D941W Electric Circular Louver Type Control Butterfly Valve is a valve designed to control the flow and on/off switching of air or dust-laden gas media through the synchronized rotation of multiple louver-type discs. The stem axis is located at the center of each individual disc. Utilizing a louver-type structural design, the multiple discs are linked via a connecting rod mechanism to achieve synchronized opening and closing. The valve features a flanged connection, meaning both ends of the valve body are equipped with connecting flanges that match the pipeline flange standards, allowing direct fastening to the pipeline flanges using bolts and nuts. The disc sealing pair typically employs a metal-to-metal hard seal structure, offering characteristics such as high-temperature resistance, wear resistance, and corrosion resistance. This valve is operated by an electric actuator that rotates the shaft 90°, enabling rapid shut-off and continuous regulation of the duct fluid. Accessories such as positioners can be optionally configured for remote automated control.
