Features
.Strictly conforms to GOST standards, suitable for Russian standard markets: The product is strictly manufactured in accordance with GOST 5762-2002 design standards, GOST 3706-93 structural length standards, and GOST 12815-80 flanged connection standards, meeting Russian market access requirements and suitable for industrial piping systems in petroleum, natural gas, chemical, and other industries.
.Various materials, strong adaptability: The valve body is made of materials such as cast steel, stainless steel, and special alloys including titanium, Monel, and Hastelloy, allowing selection of appropriate materials according to different gas media, meeting the conveying requirements from ordinary natural gas to sulfur-containing corrosive gases.
.Reliable sealing, excellent shutoff performance: The closing member is a plug-type disc, with sealing surfaces precision-lapped in flat or tapered designs. During opening and closing, there is no relative sliding on the sealing surfaces, resulting in minimal wear and scoring, good sealing performance, and long service life, enabling strict shutoff of gas pipelines.
.Compact structure, easy installation and maintenance: The globe valve has a simpler structure than gate valves, making both manufacturing and maintenance more convenient. The disc has a short stroke, and the valve height is lower than that of gate valves, occupying less space and facilitating installation and operation in gas pipelines with space constraints.
.Flexible operation methods to meet different needs: Depending on process requirements, the valve can be equipped with manual (handwheel), spur gear drive, bevel gear drive, pneumatic, hydraulic, or electric actuators for local operation or remote automated control, adapting to gas transmission systems with varying degrees of automation.
.Wide application range, broad coverage of operating conditions: Suitable for natural gas, liquefied petroleum gas (LPG), manufactured gas, air, and mildly corrosive gas media at operating temperatures from -40°C to +180°C (for WCB material), widely used in oil and natural gas exploration, gas transmission pipelines, city gas, and chemical industries.
