The OQ87F-16P clamp-type liquid cooling on-off ball valve is a quick-integration control valve specifically designed for next-generation high-density data center servers, energy storage thermal management systems (ESS), and high-precision liquid cooling CDUs (Coolant Distribution Units). Featuring a clamp (quick-connect) connection structure, it greatly simplifies the installation and modular maintenance processes inside densely wired racks. Its core design focuses on dead-zone-free high flow capacity and bubble-tight shutoff performance, enabling fast and reliable on-off control of coolants (such as deionized water, glycol solutions, fluorinated liquids, etc.) in the liquid cooling loop. Constructed from premium 16P (SS304) stainless steel and coupled with automated actuators, it ensures absolute safety and high-cleanliness operation of liquid cooling pipelines under high-frequency cycling conditions.

Clamp-Type Quick Integration Design: Utilizing standard quick-connect clamp interfaces, it eliminates complex threading or welding processes. It allows for second-level installation and non-destructive disassembly within confined rack spaces, significantly boosting modular maintenance efficiency.

Full-Bore Extremely Low Pressure Drop: The internal flow channels are rigorously optimized through computational fluid dynamics to provide a massive flow capacity close to that of a straight pipe, minimizing system pressure drop and effectively reducing pump power consumption.

Excellent Media Compatibility: The valve body is made of premium SS304 stainless steel, and the seals are made of specially modified high-density PTFE. It ensures no impurities precipitate during long-term contact with various expensive electronic fluorinated liquids or deionized water, maintaining system cleanliness.

Precision Leak-Proof & High Lifespan: Featuring an anti-blowout stem and a floating seat structure with automatic wear compensation, it fully supports the PN16 pressure rating, maintaining zero-leakage tight closure even under frequent thermal shock.
