1. Simple structure and convenient installation: It is composed of shell, foam nozzle, air intake and mixing chamber. It is connected by flange and can be directly installed on the top or side wall of the tank.
2. High mixing efficiency: the foam mixture is fully mixed with air using the venturi principle, and the foam foaming ratio is stable (usually 3-8 times for low multiples and 20-40 times for medium multiples).
3. Fast fire extinguishing and uniform coverage: the generated foam has good fluidity and can quickly spread the burning surface to form a continuous covering layer to isolate oxygen and inhibit re combustion.
4. Corrosion resistant material: The shell and internal components are made of stainless steel (304/316) or copper alloy, which is resistant to corrosive media inside the storage tank and outdoor environments.
5. Linkage with fire control system: it can be linked with foam proportioning device, fire pump and pipe network, and automatically or manually start liquid supply in case of fire.
6. Suitable for various foam solutions: suitable for protein foam, fluoroprotein foam, aqueous film forming foam (AFFF) and other foam extinguishing agents.
7. Easy maintenance: Regularly check if the air intake is blocked and clean the internal dirt to restore performance.
8. Comply with the fire code: the design and manufacture shall comply with the standards such as General Technical Conditions for foam Fire Extinguishing Systems and Components (GB 20031).
