The HXF7 nozzle flame arrestor single breather valve is a one-way pressure-relief breather valve installed on the top of fixed roof tanks, integrating set-pressure relief and flame arrestor function with an external piping connection. When the tank pressure rises to the set opening pressure, the disc automatically opens to safely release excess gas through the flame arrestor layer to an external pipeline; when the pressure falls below the set value, the valve remains tightly closed, preventing external air or flame from entering. This valve is primarily used for controlled venting and safety protection of flammable, explosive, and toxic media (such as benzene, alcohols, oil vapors, etc.) in storage tanks. Its core purpose is to direct tank vapors through the connected piping to a recovery or treatment system while preventing external flame ingress, meeting both environmental emission and fire/explosion protection requirements.

1. Single directional discharge: Only allows one-way discharge when the gas inside the tank is overpressure, equipped with flanges or threaded connections, which can concentrate the discharged gas into the collection pipeline or flare system.

2. Built in flame retardant layer: using stainless steel corrugated plate flame retardant core, effectively blocking external flames from entering the tank, in compliance with the fire prevention regulations for petrochemical storage tanks.

3. Constant pressure opening and closing, reliable sealing: The valve disc and seat are sealed with flat or conical hard seals (soft sealing rings can be added), ensuring stable opening pressure and zero leakage when closing.

4. Take over connection, easy installation: The outlet is equipped with standard flanges or threaded interfaces, which can be quickly connected to external pipelines for system integration.

5. All day protective structure: The top is equipped with a rain and dust cover, and the internal drainage design prevents water accumulation, making it suitable for harsh outdoor environments.

6. Corrosion resistant material: The valve body can be made of aluminum alloy, cast steel or stainless steel, and the valve disc and flame retardant core are made of stainless steel, suitable for various corrosive media.

7. Easy maintenance: The flame retardant core can be removed for cleaning, and the valve disc component is easy to disassemble for regular inspection and maintenance.

8. High ventilation volume, low pressure drop: optimized flow channel design, low breathing resistance, meeting the exhaust needs of rapid liquid inflow and outflow in the storage tank.
