This series utilizes an industry-innovative semi-direct acting piston structure and features a flanged connection, which significantly enhances the sealing stability and vibration resistance of the pipeline network under high-pressure and large-diameter conditions. Conventional pilot-operated solenoid valves rely heavily on a minimum operational differential pressure within the pipeline and frequently fail to actuate in low-pressure, terminal pipeline networks, or vacuum environments. This series completely resolves this technical challenge by step-linking the electromagnetic force directly to the piston assembly, enabling unrestricted and precise opening and closing across the entire pressure range from zero to eight bar, achieving a true zero differential pressure startup.

To adapt to diverse industrial chemical environments and high-strength pipeline loads, the valve bodies are offered in investment-cast high-grade Brass or heavy-duty Stainless Steel. The internal core dynamic sealing elements and the metal piston undergo precision grinding and polishing, yielding exceptional wear and erosion resistance. Specially optimized for high-temperature saturated steam, superheated steam, hot steam, hot and cold water, and various low-viscosity non-corrosive or corrosive fluids, this series is widely utilized as control terminals in industrial boiler systems, district heating networks, textile printing and dyeing machinery, food and beverage processing, rubber vulcanization, chemical and pharmaceutical manufacturing, and large-to-medium primary fluid process pipelines.

Obstacle-Free Zero-Differential Actuation: Utilizing a distinct mechanical linkage or direct-coupled step-by-step mechanism, the valve coil forcefully lifts the main piston via pure electromagnetic force upon energization, even under conditions of absolute zero pipeline pressure, ultra-low differential pressure, or relative vacuum. This ensures one hundred percent agile and reliable opening.

Precision Heavy-Duty Piston Design: The conventional, fragile rubber or Teflon diaphragms have been entirely replaced with a robust, precision-machined metal piston assembly. This upgrades the valve's fatigue life during high-frequency cycling, steam dry-boiling, or instantaneous water hammer impacts, extending the operational lifespan by several times compared to diaphragm-type valves.

Excellent High-Temperature and Anti-Stick Performance: The valve features custom structural thermal dissipation and expansion compensation explicitly engineered for steam media. Paired with hard-sealing or high-performance modified seals, the piston glides seamlessly without expanding, seizing, or deforming under long-term exposure to intense temperature fluctuations and saturated steam baking.

High-Reliability Flanged Connection: The standard flanged structure not only greatly facilitates the installation and subsequent disassembly maintenance of large pipeline systems, but also enhances the valve body's ability to bear mechanical stress from the pipeline, completely eliminating connection leaks caused by thermal expansion and contraction.
