Overview

The DSJ41H Water-sealed Vacuum Stop Valve is a special valve with a self sealing water seal structure, which drives the valve disc to move vertically along the center line of the valve seat through the valve stem, achieving reliable opening and closing and flow regulation of the pipeline. The core of its design lies in the presence of a water seal system inside the valve, which can form a stable liquid film sealing ring between the valve disc and the valve seat sealing pair by injecting specific pressure of clean water or softened water, thereby achieving excellent zero leakage sealing effect. The key components of the valve are made of corrosion-resistant and erosion resistant materials, and are designed with enhanced valve disc guidance and sealing surface structure to ensure absolute sealing and operational reliability under harsh working conditions such as high temperature, high pressure, toxic and harmful, flammable and explosive. Valves are usually connected by flanges and firmly fixed to pipeline flanges with bolts. Valves can be driven by manual devices or matching electric/pneumatic devices to convert input force into direct motion of the valve disc, achieving smooth and reliable opening, closing, and regulating control. This valve is designed specifically for process pipeline systems in industries such as petroleum, chemical, metallurgical, and power.
