1. High sealing reliability: Adopting a metal hard sealing structure, the valve disc and seat sealing surface are welded with hard alloy and precision ground to achieve tight metal line sealing under high torque thrust of the electric actuator. The sealing level can reach ANSI Class VI or above, suitable for high temperature, high pressure and zero leakage harsh working conditions.
2. Precise control and flexible adjustment: The valve disc moves vertically in a straight line without obstruction, and with high-precision electric actuators and positioning feedback systems, it can achieve precise opening control and stable positioning, meeting the requirements of process automation adjustment.
3.High temperature and high pressure resistance and erosion resistance: The valve adopts high-temperature pressure-bearing body materials (such as WCB/WC6/CF8) with a cemented carbide sealing surface, capable of withstanding PN64 pressure and temperatures up to 450°C, offering good erosion resistance against steam, high-velocity fluids, and media containing particulates.
4. High fluid resistance: The valve chamber channel is designed in an "S" shape with a non straight through design, and the flow direction of the medium needs to be reversed. When fully opened, the flow resistance coefficient and pressure loss are higher than those of gate valves and ball valves of the same specification, and the system design needs to consider additional pressure drop.
5. Compact structure but high installation space requirements: Compared with butterfly valves and ball valves, globe valves have a larger height and length structure, requiring sufficient installation and maintenance space to be reserved, especially considering the installation position of electric actuators and auxiliary electrical units.
6. High integration of intelligent driving: adopting multi turn electric actuators, supporting 4-20mA, bus communication and other control methods, with functions such as torque protection, fault diagnosis, and power-off self maintenance, suitable for non gas source or highly integrated automation systems, supporting remote centralized control and intelligent adjustment.
