ZAZM Electric Compact Cage Guided Control ValveOverview

ZAZM electric compact cage guided control valve is an industrial automation control valve composed of a new generation of compact electronic electric actuators and cage-guided pressure-balanced valve bodies. The product adopts a compact structural optimization scheme. While maintaining high-performance regulation capabilities, its overall height and weight are reduced by more than 30% compared with traditional models. The valve receives standard analog signals of 4-20mA DC or 1-5V DC from control systems (such as PLC, DCS) and relies on the built-in servo amplification system to drive the valve stem, moving the balanced valve plug within the cage axially. Due to the pressure balance hole design of the valve plug, most of the unbalanced force generated by the fluid is effectively offset, providing excellent dynamic operation stability and a large allowable pressure differential. The ZAZM model integrates flow control, pressure regulation, and noise reduction performance, making it an ideal choice for industries such as petroleum, chemical, pharmaceutical, and energy to handle high pressure differentials and conditions with strict requirements for control precision.
