ZAZP electric compact single-seated regulating valve is an industrial automation control valve composed of a new generation of compact electronic linear actuators and a straight-through single-seated globe-style valve body. This product has undergone structural optimization based on traditional electric regulating valves, significantly reducing the overall height and weight (typically by more than 30%), making it more suitable for modern automated pipelines with limited space or strict load requirements. The valve receives standard analog signals of 4-20mA DC or 1-5V DC from control systems (such as PLC, DCS) and relies on the built-in servo amplification system to precisely control the linear displacement of the actuator, driving the valve plug to move accurately relative to the seat. Due to its single-seated sealing structure and precision-machined internal components, the valve features minimal leakage, extremely high adjustment precision, and rapid response, making it an ideal execution unit for automation control systems in fine chemicals, pharmaceuticals, food, and HVAC.
