ZDLP series electronic electric single-seated regulating valve is an industrial automation control valve composed of an electronic electric actuator and a high-precision single-seated globe-style valve body. This valve integrates advanced servo control technology and does not require an additional servo amplifier, as it can directly receive standard analog signals of 4-20mA DC or 1-5V DC from control systems (such as PLC, DCS). The actuator, through its built-in electronic module, efficiently converts electrical energy into linear displacement to drive the valve stem, causing precise movement of the valve plug relative to the seat. This adjusts the fluid flow area in real-time to achieve accurate control of process parameters like flow rate, pressure, temperature, and liquid level in the pipeline. Due to its single-seated plug structure, the valve features minimal leakage and high adjustment precision, making it a core execution unit for automation processes requiring tight control and high reliability.
