ZAZQ electric three-way converging control valve is an industrial automation control valve composed of a linear electric actuator and a three-way converging globe-style valve body. The valve receives standard analog signals of 4-20mA DC or 0-10V DC from control systems (such as PLC, DCS) to drive the valve stem, moving the valve plug axially between two valve seats. Its unique "two-inlet and one-outlet" structural design is specifically used to mix two fluids of different temperatures, pressures, or concentrations into a single uniform fluid in a set proportion, thereby achieving precise control of the temperature or composition of the mixed medium. In heat exchange stations, industrial mixing, and cooling circulation systems, one three-way converging valve can replace two single-seated control valves, which not only significantly simplifies the pipeline configuration but also greatly reduces system complexity and investment costs.
