It utilizes the flow energy of the medium itself to drive the disc in an automatic opening and closing motion along the valve's centerline, thereby achieving unidirectional flow and preventing backflow in the piping system. Its core design features a compact, straight-through flow path structure that ensures smooth media flow and minimizes pressure loss. The valve body is manufactured using a forging process and is made of high-quality materials such as carbon steel or stainless steel, ensuring excellent impact resistance and structural integrity under high-pressure conditions. Key components are produced with precision machining techniques and feature metal-to-metal or metal-to-non-metal sealing designs. Combined with the threaded connection, this allows for easy installation and disassembly from the pipeline. Features

1、High-Performance Forged Body Construction: The valve body is formed through an integral forging process using high-quality carbon steel, stainless steel, or alloy steel.
