1、High-Performance Forged Body Construction: The valve body is formed through an integral forging process using high-quality carbon steel, alloy steel, or stainless steel. This eliminates casting defects, significantly enhancing material density and strength. The unique Y-type flow path design positions the disc at an angle relative to the flow path axis, effectively dispersing the impact force of the medium. This ensures long-term stable operation under high pressure, high temperature, and demanding conditions, completely avoiding the risk of pressure-containing part failure.
2、Reliable Automatic Sealing System: The sealing surfaces of the disc and seat feature a metal-to-metal design. The sealing surfaces are overlaid with cobalt-based hardfacing alloy (such as Stellite) and precision ground to ensure excellent mating contact. The valve utilizes the forward pressure of the medium to automatically open the disc. When flow reverses or stops, the disc closes rapidly by its own weight, assisted by spring force (if equipped) and the reverse pressure, providing tight and reliable unidirectional shut-off to prevent backflow.
3、Flexible and Diverse Connection Options: Based on different system requirements, socket weld (SW), threaded (NPT, PT, BSPT), or flanged connections can be selected. Socket weld connections achieve a permanent, integral connection through full-penetration groove welding, suitable for high-pressure, hazardous media piping systems. Threaded connections allow for quick and easy installation and convenient disassembly/maintenance, suitable for general industrial piping systems. Flanged connections facilitate easy installation and removal, ideal for applications requiring periodic maintenance.
