The valve body is formed through a precision forging process using high-quality materials such as carbon steel, alloy steel, or stainless steel, guaranteeing excellent impact resistance and structural integrity under high-temperature, high-pressure, and cyclic stress conditions. Key components are manufactured with precision machining techniques and feature a metal-to-metal hard sealing design. Combined with the butt-weld end connections, this creates a permanent, high-strength fused connection with the pipeline, eliminating potential leak paths.
