Made of high-quality welded steel plates, its face-to-face length is extremely short and its volume is small compared to traditional flanged gate valves or globe valves. This significantly reduces the load on pipe supports and makes installation and maintenance extremely convenient.

The valve disc adopts a streamlined design, and the opening angle has a linear relationship with the flow rate. Due to the wide flow passage inside the valve body, the pressure loss when the medium flows through is minimal, making it very suitable for low-pressure, large-volume ventilation systems.

The sealing pair adopts a metal-to-metal (hard seal) structure with a small clearance maintained between the valve seat and the disc. This design effectively avoids jamming during opening and closing caused by high-temperature expansion, and it can withstand operating environments of 425°C or even higher (depending on the material).
4.Highly efficient pneumatic actuation
Equipped with high-performance pneumatic actuators (double-acting or single-acting), it supports 4-20mA signal adjustment (after installing a positioner) with fast response speeds. It can achieve rapid shut-off or precise regulation in harsh environments.

A wide range of valve body materials is available, including carbon steel (WCB), stainless steel (304/316L), and duplex steel. For flue gas or dust containing corrosive components, targeted material reinforcement can be performed to ensure stability in complex working conditions.
