D641H pneumatic ventilation butterfly valve is a non-sealing type butterfly valve specially designed for flow regulation and shut-off of media such as air, flue gas, and dust-containing gases under low-pressure and large-diameter working conditions. The valve adopts a steel plate welded structure and is matched with a high-precision pneumatic actuator, enabling automated remote control in industrial piping networks. Its core design philosophy lies in being "lightweight, temperature-resistant, and low-resistance," and it is widely used in ventilation and dust removal systems, environmental treatment projects, and flue gas desulfurization and denitrification systems in metallurgy, chemical, power, building materials, and municipal engineering.

1.Simplified structure and lightweight

Made of high-quality welded steel plates, its face-to-face length is extremely short and its volume is small compared to traditional flanged gate valves or globe valves. This significantly reduces the load on pipe supports and makes installation and maintenance extremely convenient.

2.Flexible operation and low flow resistance

The valve disc adopts a streamlined design, and the opening angle has a linear relationship with the flow rate. Due to the wide flow passage inside the valve body, the pressure loss when the medium flows through is minimal, making it very suitable for low-pressure, large-volume ventilation systems.

The sealing pair adopts a metal-to-metal (hard seal) structure with a small clearance maintained between the valve seat and the disc.
