Pneumatic Butterfly Valve

Pneumatic butterfly valve is an automated execution valve powered by compressed air. Its core lies in combining butterfly valves with pneumatic actuators (such as single acting spring reset and double acting), driving pistons or gear racks through air sources, and driving the valve stem and butterfly plate to rotate from 0 ° to 90 °, achieving rapid cutting, switching, or proportional adjustment of pipeline media. Pneumatic butterfly valves are mainly composed of valve body, butterfly plate, valve seat, valve stem, pneumatic actuator and auxiliary control components (such as solenoid valve, locator, filter pressure reducing valve), and air source triple components.
